• Reduced Film Consumption
  The newly designed film unit of the RF 106 enables the use of the familiar rotary press cycle in the round-flat principle for the first time. This results in film savings of up to 30% compared to conventional systems.

• Reduced Set-Up and Idle Times
  Large film roll diameters (up to 300 mm) and excellent accessibility to the entire film unit significantly reduce set-up and idle times.

• Non-Stop Feeders and Dispensers
  The feeder, delivery, and entire sheet guide are sourced from a leading printing press manufacturer. Stack heights of 1,850 mm (feeder) and 1,750 mm (delivery) align with those of standard printing machines. The 76 x 106 cm sheet format covers the maximum formats of common printing machines, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of materials, from paper to cardboard.

• Continuous Pressure Adjustment
  Stepless pressure adjustment with an accuracy of 1/100 mm can be performed while the machine is running, significantly reducing set-up times. The innovative drive allows for print length correction without changing the winding.

• Tool Change and Positioning Device

      To change the stamping die or adjust the stamping tools, the honeycomb base can be moved to a position outside the                machine in just a few minutes. The honeycomb base is locked and unlocked without tools at the touch of a button. In the              change position, the die is accessible from three sides for ease of use.
